Horses have an inate ability to mirror our body language and our authenticity. They can cut through our defenses and help us find our strengths. They are intuitive by nature, being able to sense many emotions that we try our best to hide — even from ourselves. Horses live in the moment and choose to engage with us only when we are being truly authentic. They help us to be aware of what we are saying with our body language and our energy. By practicing life skills with horses, we gain confidence and abilities that we can use to overcome life's challenges. Our horses will guide you in finding areas in which you need to challenge yourself and help you discover the path to achieve successful transitions. By learning to work with horses, you will develop authenticity, intuition, self reliance, and the sense that you can accomplish your inner most goals. Once you know what strength you have inside, you will have the ability to tap into that strength when you need it or want it.
